Sponsorships

In addition to staging a wonderful new event for Northeast Florida, our larger mission is to
support the Jacksonville area school arts programs by creating a fund that will purchase needed art supplies such as paints, brushes, pastels, paper and other expendable materials on an
annual basis. In addition, the fund's goal is to help purchase more permanent art equipment
such as ceramic kilns and high quality exhibition materials such as easels and pedestals,
specifically earmarked for the Duval County Public School System.

Enthusiasm for the inaugural event has been overwhelmingly positive.
The Duval County Public Schools, Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville, Downtown Vision, Jacksonville Landing, Jacksonville  Public Education Fund, Museum of Science and History,
Jacksonville Zoo, Cummer Museum, Jacksonville Public Library Foundation–the list of local institutions that are partnering with us is extraordinary–from hosting lantern-making workshops to promoting the event to their supporters. Perhaps no other local event has ever pulled together such a wide array of organizations and groups that enhance and celebrate the creative and educational spirit of Northeast Florida.

Of course, we can't host an event of this size without the support of the community and corporate sponsors. To learn more about sponsor opportunities, please contact
Savannah Garland at (904) 389-3622 or savannah@jacksonvillemag.com.

Help Illuminate a Wonderful New Tradition in Northeast Florida

The inaugural Jacksonville Lantern Parade presented by Vystar Credit Union will be a glowing procession of light, color and music that will illuminate the city skyline and the St. Johns River.  A combination temporary art installation, family friendly celebration and fundraiser, the Parade will shine a light on the creative and kind heart of Jacksonville in a entirely new way. Help us create a new tradition here in Northeast Florida by launching an awe-inspiring spectacle of art, light, sound and expression.
